UK orders placed before 12pm will be delivered next “working day”, IF the postcode permits. On the rare occasions where products are not available we endeavour to contact you straight away. Custom orders can take 7-11 working days to deliver. Out of area Postcodes may not be available for a next day service but will go on the next available delivery service.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
We also offer UK Mainland next day Delivery before 12pm or before 10:30am for additional fee.
We accept no liability for any delay of delivery due to error or such by the courier beyond a refund of any delivery charge if the chosen service is not delivered.
Most of our products carry a full one/two year manufacturer’s warranty dependent on supplier/product. Some goods such as golf gloves carry a limited warranty which does not cover fair wear and tear.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange or refund.
If you goods develop a fault within the first 6 months of purchase please contact us immeddiately We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If a repair or replacment is not possible we shall arrange for a refund for you.
Replacement items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
We will refund all courier costs incurred by you on receipt of the defective item and the postage receipt.
Faulty goods must be sent back to us at your own cost for us to inspect and then sent on to the manufacture for a either a repair or replacement under their warranty. We will endevour to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you and the product return back to you at our cost. The warranty on repaired or replaced goods carries on from the original delivery date. This means you do not recieve a new warranty on the replaced or repaired goods.
Products are covered by our 28-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase then you can return them instore or post it back to us*, as long as they are unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition, with your receipt.
Our 28-day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
*Postage back to us is at the expense of the purchaser and will not be covered, unless goods are faulty then you are entitled to a reasonable cost of sending the return back.

You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you may need to pay these fees to release your order from customs.
