We only offer an exclusive premium shipping service, and will not settle for inferior delivery options. Our efficient express delivery adds credibility to our package of the ultimate online shopping experience.

The charge for all of our Standard UK Delivery is an industry leading £4.95, and out of area £6.95, regardless of any UK mainland destination, size and the amount of product.

All deliveries are email tracked, and you will receive email confirmation. UPS do require a signature, and if cannot deliver, they will card the address with contact details and attempt delivery 3 times.

*UK orders placed before 12pm will be delivered next “working day”, IF the postcode permits. On the rare occasions where products are not available we endeavour to contact you straight away. Custom orders can take 7-11 working days to deliver. Order below £75 may go via an alternative courier service. Out of area Postcodes may not be available for a next day service but will go on the next available delivery service.

We accept no liability for any delay of delivery due to error or such by the courier beyond a refund of any delivery charge if the chosen service is not delivered.

We recommend you sign up to UPS My Choice. A great service which offers all the following:

  • Delivery Alerts -UPS My Choice Delivery Alerts inform you about your inbound UPS deliveries so you can plan your day.
  • Delivery Planner -Get a day, week or month's view of all eligible inbound UPS packages and reschedule or redirect your packages as needed.
  • Hold for Will Call -Have your packages held for collection at a UPS Customer Centre.
  • Deliver to a UPS Access Point Location -Have your packages delivered to a UPS Access Point location and collect them at a time that best suits your daily routine.
  • Reschedule Delivery -Have your packages delivered on a different day.
  • Deliver to Another Address -Have your packages delivered to another address. Note: Changing the delivery address of your package could delay your scheduled delivery date. Additional transportation charges may apply.

Returns Policy

All of our products carry a full one/two year manufacturer’s warranty dependent on supplier/product.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange or refund.

We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately.
Replacement items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
We will refund all courier costs incurred by you on receipt of the defective  item and the postage receipt.
