The Studio Xperimental Limited Fastback 2 brings a new neck configuration to this modern, rounded mid-mallet design. Finished with the ever popular and rare Steel Grey finish, this new putter incorporates the dark, smoky aesthetic of this special release and includes a Studio Carbon Steel (SCS) face insert with a custom, black nickel plating and chain-link face milling technology for unmatched soft sound and feel.

Classic translucent red cherry dots and a retro-modern engraved 3 Point Crown offer elegant pops of colour, while parallel milled sight lines in jet black on the topline provide target-focused alignment cues. This tour proven precision milled 303 stainless steel model’s custom-engraved, integrated 6061 aluminium sole component’s draft angle ensures perfectly square setup at address, while the counterbalanced graphite shaft has optimal flex for stability and confidence.

Soft feel, tour-inspired design, a dark colour palette and the familiar performance of a plumbing neck make the Studio Xperimental Limited Fastback 2 one to game. Also available in a left-handed option.

Steel Grey Finish

A finish developed for players who prefer a dark putter and to help reduce sun glare, Scotty’s Steel Grey finish includes a PVD treatment applied to the stainless steel putter head, while the aluminium sole component has been misted and anodised black.

Custom Graphite Shaft

Custom made for the Studio Xperimental Limited release, the advanced low-torque carbon fibre shaft provides increased stiffness with optimal flex for stability, forgiveness, precise feel and enhanced distance control.

I-Beam Plumbing Neck

The precision milled I-beam plumbing neck includes custom engraving on each side, reinforcing the industrial look, while providing a full shaft of offset with the familiar view and alignment properties of this tour-tested neck.

Unique Sight Line Configuration

Providing a tour-inspired alignment feature from address, the Studio Xperimental Limited putters have short, precision-milled parallel sight lines on the topline, designed to both indicate the sweet spot on the putter face and frame the line on a player’s golf ball, painted jet black for expert setup and alignment.

Delivering the soft sound and feel of precision chain-link milled carbon steel, the Studio Carbon Steel (SCS) insert is treated with an electroless nickel plating in black for enhanced durability and elegant looks with aerospace-inspired vibration damping for tuned sound, feel and performance.

Chain-Link Face Milling Technology

For all Club orders within the UK, we use a 1-2 Working Day (when ordered before 12 Noon) service (excludes weekends) with the Royal Mail, DPD, UPS networks. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Northern Wales and Northern Scotland will often be 2 days and premium service a.m deliveries cannot unfortunately be met by UPS in these areas.

The charge for this premium delivery service is only £6.95 per order. You will receive an email from the courier on the evening of dispatch with your tracking number and full tracking facilities on this service. Please note to check your spam/junk email if you do not receive your tracking details from the courier. We have opted against offering a lower priced, slower inferior service, to give you complete satisfaction in receiving your goods quickly and without hassle.

We will contact you via phone or email should there be any delay, specified custom orders will take 7-10 working days.

We also do not surcharge against any address' in Main Land UK, but charge all UK & Northern Ireland residents the same price regardless of location. On rare occasions approx 1 in 100 the courier will fail for numerous reasons. These failures can be both in and out of their control to meet its next day promise. I've got to say that I had a fantastic time and fitting session with Jack, he was superb with his recommendations and going through the data of the various golf clubs we tried. On May 22, along with 30 other players, I had the privilege of taking part in the very first Left Handed Golf Event at Silvermere Golf Complex. From start to finish I can say it was one of the most enjoyable golf days I have experienced - marvellous location and amenities, fabulous golf course and a great group of people. Many thanks to Jordan for organising the day, to Silvermere Golf complex for hosting the event and to Callaway and Left Handed Golf for sponsoring the event. Already looking forward to next year's event but no doubt will be back before then to try out the extensive selection of clubs that are available at the Left Handed Golf Store - a place where any left-handed player should visit once in their lifetime. For those right-handed players reading his review, don't worry - there's a large store on site that caters for you too - May 2025!

Had a brilliant experience here today, took my 6 year old son in to get some clubs and a glove. The staff were so helpful and kind to him and even gave him a free colourful golf ball which made his day! The guy who was helping us (wish I'd caught his name!) then found us on the putting green and gave my son a quick lesson on how to use his new putter which was so lovely, very impressed with both the professionalism and the kindness of the team! I had a fantastic experience with Joe, Shoe Studio Manager at Silvermere Golf Store. I was struggling with significant pain after every golf round, which was affecting my ability to play and enjoy the game. I had even started physio to try to deal with it. He took the time to thoroughly understand where I was experiencing discomfort and suggested specific shoe options to address it. Since following his advice, my post-round pain has dramatically decreased - and now it's practically gone! I can now comfortably finish my rounds and am back to enjoying my time on the course. I highly recommend anyone looking for golf shoes to seek out this knowledgeable and helpful professional - April 2025!

Only did a fitting but, range facilities are great. The pro (Ron) doing the fitting was great and the shop is by far the best I have been to. If you're new to golf or have been playing a while they got all that you need from apparel to equipment. Well worth a visit - April 2025.

Fantastic place to look for golf clothes, especially if you are a woman! A golfers heaven for clothes, clubs and other equipment. Worth the hours drive. The man in the shop, whose name I can't remember, although think it did say manager on his badge, was super helpful and friendly.

We had some lunch in the bar/restaurant which was lovely too. Can't comment on the range as didn't use it - however will definitely be back to try it out - April 2025!

I have been into the Silvermere Golf Store today and twice in December last year. Every time l have been into the shop l needed help and advice as l was buying golf items for my son. All the people who served me were extremely polite, helpful and pleasant. I can't remember the last time l was treated so well in a shop - March 2025.

I booked a putter fitting for the first time having played golf for 30 years. Didn’t know what to expect and I had a two hour drive to get there - but what an experience. Jack was exceptional in his understanding of the putting stroke and the technology used during the fitting. We went through as many options as anyone could ask for - I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase.

We discussed all the telemetry and what it meant and how that translated into the different putter heads/necks.

I would recommend Jack - and everyone else at Silvermere to anyone looking for advice on how changes in equipment can improve your game.

Fantastic golf shop. I have been struggling to find shoes that fit, Dan sorted me out and fitted me properly. Put me in a size and shoe I wouldn't have thought to try and the difference is huge. A return visit this weekend and not disappointed. Excellent service when buying my stand bag and Joe in the shoe shop was fantastic. He was made so welcoming and knowledgeable and made sure I got the best shoes for me. The ladies clothes section is wonderful with a large selection of clothes and many great offer. Went for a full bag fitting at the Silvermere Golf Store and it was a fantastic experience. Neil was brilliant, half fitting, half lesson, and the choice of clubs we went through was second to none. I came away full of confidence both in having hit enough balls and received enough advice to know the clubs were the right ones, but also, to know that I would not go anywhere else but Silvermere to purchase them or for a similar fitting whenever it is next needed.

The clubs were delivered to the shop swiftly and I was kept up-to-date all the way through the process. The pick-up was enjoyable - Barry helped me out and it was just a great experience. The price was as competitive as anywhere else including online.

All in all, I would (and have already) recommend to anyone wanting a fitting and some new clubs - February 2025.

I live near Brighton but travel to Silvermere to get both clubs and equipment as I've found the range provided exceptional, pricing always very competitive and customer service excellent. I came to Silvermere with no pre conceived expectations and I was very impressed by the size of the shop if not a little blown away by the size of it. Everyone I met was very friendly from the moment I arrived in the coffee shop to the chaps in the shop and myself and my two mates who also attended on the 7th Dec had a fabulous experience.

I went to the store this past Friday for a putter fitting. I have never had one before and for £40 had no idea what to expect. The level of service and facilities were incredible. The putting room is jam packed full of the latest putters for a variety of budgets but crucially a lot of tech. But the real star of the show was Jack.

He is a stage 2 pro and a real asset to Silvermere. He carefully talked me through the process, what the numbers meant and how that translated through my stroke and my putting. He was patient, calm and at no point tried to push me towards anything other than the best putter for me. I felt safe in the knowledge I had tried out a good range and that Jack had helped me make the right choice. He was brilliant and I will definitely seek out his help next time I visit the store.

I went for an iron custom fitting at Silvermere. It was the first time I’d experienced custom fitting & it surpassed everything I was expecting. Louis was a breath of fresh air, honest feedback & explaining every step of the process. I had an open mind as to clubs I wanted, of course I had an idea but I promised myself I would go with whatever I was recommended.

After establishing a base to work from with my current 7 iron, we then went through a few different clubs, analysing the data from each shot. Louis then suggested I try Cobra forged tec irons. Again, using feel & data, the cobra came out best time after time, especially reducing my spin rate numbers.

I was dreading a hard sell but the reality couldn’t be further from a hard sell. I had a report printed that showed my new clubs spec & cost. I was also emailed this information along with a link to pay for the clubs once I’d decided to proceed. No hard sell, no frills or pressure.

I can’t recommend a custom fitting at Silvermere highly enough. It was a fantastic experience & whatever you spend on the custom fitting, you get it back when you buy the clubs so you can’t lose. 10/10 from me! - October 2024

I am fortunate enough to live 30 minutes down the A3, as this is probably one of the best stocked golf shops in the country with the added bonus of great golf facilities so visit quite frequently. The shop is well stocked and the staff are professional and knowledgeable but not pushy.

The main reason for the review is I had a warranty issue with a pair of FootJoy shoes purchased here. I emailed in and Sarah was very helpful and submitted the appropriate warranty claim, with a bit of back and forth between myself, Sarah and FootJoy with some assistance from management, Sarah managed to source a replacement under warranty. It's the only time I have had to use them for a post-sale issue and the service has been exemplary so thank you and do use Silvermere for any golfing needs - October 2024!
