UK Deliveries
For all Club orders within the UK, we use a 1-2 Working Day (when ordered before 12 Noon) service (excludes weekends) with the Royal Mail, DPD, UPS networks. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Northern Wales and Northern Scotland will often be 2 days and premium service a.m deliveries cannot unfortunately be met by UPS in these areas.
The charge for this premium delivery service is only £6.95 per order. You will receive an email from the courier on the evening of dispatch with your tracking number and full tracking facilities on this service. Please note to check your spam/junk email if you do not receive your tracking details from the courier. We have opted against offering a lower priced, slower inferior service, to give you complete satisfaction in receiving your goods quickly and without hassle.
We will contact you via phone or email should there be any delay, specified custom orders will take 7-10 working days.
We also do not surcharge against any address' in Main Land UK, but charge all UK & Northern Ireland residents the same price regardless of location. On rare occasions approx 1 in 100 the courier will fail for numerous reasons. These failures can be both in and out of their control to meet its next day promise. Silvermere Golf Store Ltd bears no liability in any costs incurred due to delays in delivery with our chosen courier with the exception of a full refund of the carriage charged.

Went for a full bag fitting at the Silvermere Golf Store and it was a fantastic experience. Neil was brilliant, half fitting, half lesson, and the choice of clubs we went through was second to none. I came away full of confidence both in having hit enough balls and received enough advice to know the clubs were the right ones, but also, to know that I would not go anywhere else but Silvermere to purchase them or for a similar fitting whenever it is next needed.
The clubs were delivered to the shop swiftly and I was kept up-to-date all the way through the process. The pick-up was enjoyable - Barry helped me out and it was just a great experience. The price was as competitive as anywhere else including online.
All in all, I would (and have already) recommend to anyone wanting a fitting and some new clubs - February 2025.
I have previously had an excellent experience and service provided by Colin and his Team - I had the pleasure to visit again yesterday - WOW they are brilliant! Dan, Harry, and Co. were great including their colleague (apologies, I didn't capture her name) in the Outlet Store - ALL helpful - the range of clothing and equipment is second to none - I certainly recommend a visit - January 2025!

I went to the store this past Friday for a putter fitting. I have never had one before and for £40 had no idea what to expect. The level of service and facilities were incredible. The putting room is jam packed full of the latest putters for a variety of budgets but crucially a lot of tech. But the real star of the show was Jack.
He is a stage 2 pro and a real asset to Silvermere. He carefully talked me through the process, what the numbers meant and how that translated through my stroke and my putting. He was patient, calm and at no point tried to push me towards anything other than the best putter for me. I felt safe in the knowledge I had tried out a good range and that Jack had helped me make the right choice. He was brilliant and I will definitely seek out his help next time I visit the store.
The shop itself is incredible and the level of stock they hold insane. Can't wait to go back - December 2024.
After establishing a base to work from with my current 7 iron, we then went through a few different clubs, analysing the data from each shot. Louis then suggested I try Cobra forged tec irons. Again, using feel & data, the cobra came out best time after time, especially reducing my spin rate numbers.
I was dreading a hard sell but the reality couldn’t be further from a hard sell. I had a report printed that showed my new clubs spec & cost. I was also emailed this information along with a link to pay for the clubs once I’d decided to proceed. No hard sell, no frills or pressure.
I can’t recommend a custom fitting at Silvermere highly enough. It was a fantastic experience & whatever you spend on the custom fitting, you get it back when you buy the clubs so you can’t lose. 10/10 from me! - October 2024
The main reason for the review is I had a warranty issue with a pair of FootJoy shoes purchased here. I emailed in and Sarah was very helpful and submitted the appropriate warranty claim, with a bit of back and forth between myself, Sarah and FootJoy with some assistance from management, Sarah managed to source a replacement under warranty. It's the only time I have had to use them for a post-sale issue and the service has been exemplary so thank you and do use Silvermere for any golfing needs - October 2024!
